Empowering Black Women: The State of Women™ Emergency Relief Fund

In America, Black women always show up at the polls, in boardrooms, in classrooms, and on the frontlines. We lead movements, launch businesses, shape culture, and hold our communities together.

But when we need help, too often the response is silence. Right now, over 500,000 Black women are out of work. In the last 90 days alone, 318,000 Black women have lost their jobs due to:

• The elimination of DEI roles

• Government shutdowns

• Entertainment industry cuts

• Drying up of investment dollars

  
  

And yet, we remain the most educated demographic in America and the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs. We fuel industries, families, and innovation, but we cannot carry the weight alone.

The Urgency of Our Situation

This isn’t just a crisis; this is an emergency. The State of Women™ Emergency Relief Fund is an urgent response to the economic challenges Black women are facing right now. Founded by visionary leader @valeisha, produced by @aseedlife, and powered by The Global State of Women™, this initiative is moving with speed and purpose to provide direct cash assistance to Black women in need.

💸 How the Fund Works

The fund provides $500 to $1,500 in emergency support to help cover:

• Rent or mortgage

• Food and essentials

• Childcare

• Healthcare and COBRA coverage

100% of every dollar donated goes directly to women in need—no administrative fees, no middlemen, just immediate relief with dignity.
